The Oaks Golf Course Guide

The Oaks has matured into one of the best golf courses in the area, playing host to many county and national golf tournaments including prestigious England Golf Championships such as The English Championship Club and The Northern qualifying for The Brabazon trophy. With 7 lakes and over 50 bunkers the winding tree lined fairways of The Oaks produce a first class mature parkland course. 

The course can offer the perfect blend of golf for all abilities. The yellow and red tees offer a good but fair test of golf, perfect for casual members golf, as well as society, corporate and visitor golf. Whereas blue tees can be set up to offer a very demanding course to test the pro’s and elite golfers, with the white tees offering some middle ground between the yellows and blues.
